Refund & Return Policy

Most hotel bookings, prepaid reservations, vacation packages, car rentals, and applicable service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking unless otherwise stated in the hotel’s specific cancellation policy. All cancellation requests must be made through our customer support team via phone. Refund requests can only be considered if the following conditions are met: you have submitted a cancellation and refund request with us, the hotel’s booking terms allow cancellations and refunds, you are not marked as a “no-show” (most no-show reservations are not eligible for refunds), and we are able to obtain approval or applicable waivers from the hotel or service provider.

We are unable to provide an exact timeline for refund processing. All refund requests are handled in sequential order. Once you submit your cancellation request to our customer service team, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your request along with a tracking number. This acknowledgement does not guarantee refund approval. Upon receiving your request, we will coordinate with the respective hotels or service providers according to their policies and will notify you once a decision has been made.

Service fees associated with the original booking are non-refundable. Please note that refund processing depends entirely on the hotel or supplier. After the supplier approves the refund, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect on your credit or debit card statement.

In most cases, hotels or suppliers may apply cancellation or refund penalties. The overall refund process may take approximately 60–90 days from the date of request submission until the credit appears in your account. Apart from supplier penalties, Fareseekr may charge applicable post-booking service fees where permitted under supplier rules. All refund-related fees are applied per booking, as applicable, and only when a refund has been authorized by the supplier.

If a refund is not processed by the supplier, Fareseekr will refund any applicable post-booking service fees related to your agent-assisted refund request; however, original booking service fees remain non-refundable.
